Consultant / Project Engineer /
Project Manager Logistics Systems (f/m)
You help our customers to analyse logistics processes in industry, logistics centres, container terminals and airports. You define system requirements, monitor software customising, train system users and manage the Go-live. You will always work in a team, 50% of the time on site at the customer’s premises - in most cases in Germany and Europe, occasionally in North America and AsiaPacific - and 50% of the time with our IT experts in Aachen. Your career development leads from project assistant to project manager, for increasingly complex system ventures. Project success does not only rely on the mastering of technical components, but especially on the sympathetic interaction with all persons, whose working environment is often significantly impacted by the logistics system.
We expect a completed engineering or commerce course of study, professional experience of software projects and/or logistics as well as a good command of German and English. Specific knowledge of the above sectors of industry carries a lot of weight. Above all, however, we expect the capability to cope with complex circumstances, to get to the point and to vividly communicate.
